Alouette Child Care Centre

We hit an absolute goldmine when we found this centre last year, the educators are loving, caring and are always happy to help and the director is proactive, easy to talk to and on rainy days gets out her guitar and jams with the kids.
The fees are lower than most other centres in the area, which when they other included extra-curricular actives is a nice bonus. I couldn't recommend the team highly enough.

Our son, Harry, has been attending Alouette part time since he was 6 months of age. We inspected and interviewed a number of childcare facilities before choosing Alouette. We chose Alouette because of the staff- qualified, supportive, friendly and genuinely interested in their work and the children. From the first moment my partner dropped him off, where they provided emotional support for her, to ensuring he is included in play/holding time so as not to be upset at drop off , to providing us with updates on his progress, we have always been impressed by Catherine and her team. The facility and toys are of a high standard and he often seems reluctant to come home due to immersion with a different toy or game or activity with staff when we pick him up. I am impressed by the centres commitment to ongoing education and education sessions for parents.
