Alpha Appliance Repair

Came opened up the machine and found the faulty fuse and told us we needed a new part. Then just walked out we assumed to go to the car to get details about the part, eg cost and wait time but never returned. We ended up getting the part replaced elsewhere and found out that there was more significant damage further in the system. We were unable to make a warranty claim without paying for a 2nd call out which we couldn't be sure of the outcome. Choose to cut our losses and replace the machine.

Heard back 2 weeks later that they now had the part, but we were not able to wait that long for a washing machine.

Avoid this business at all costs!

This company was engaged by our property manager to fix the cooktop and oven in our apartment. They came out to inspect the said appliances. It was then suggested that both appliances need to be replaced. We then waited over a month for the install to be scheduled.

2016 has so far been crazy with stove top drama! My stove top stopped working @ Christmas and after 3 dreadful weeks of waiting for my real estate to organize replacement (with some heated arguments)...Alpha Appliance came to install it.

All was well and great until I dropped a lid and broke my new shiny stove!??! Arrggh! My real estate agent quoted me $760! which lead me to find alternatives. Far out! The Kleenmaid service man came to my house to fix my Kleenmaid steamer oven which was tripping the fuse. Unable to fix it on site he took the oven to Alpha Alliance Repair. Alpha had the oven for a number of weeks. Having received no follow up call, I called them and was told that after 'extensive testing' they could find nothing wrong with it. I asked for it back and they quoted $60 delivery! Wanting to avoid this I elected to go and pick it up. When I got there there was a very nice man working. He asked me what was wrong with it and I explained the fuse tripping. He suggested we give it a quick go there in the shop. We did and of course the fuse almost immediately tripped!!
