do not recommend this care centre. I wish I never sent my child here. Stuck in old ways, cannot accommodate anything out of their comfort zone. ruined my child's self esteem. if you query how your child's been, you get an attitude answer. making you feel bad asking about your own child..Staff with attitude which is minus. and I found many staffs are lazy. Not all are lazy but majority of them were lazy...i have nothing but regret sending my child to this place. My child is attending different day care now and I regret more that I sent my child to this place..Now I have somewhere to compare, so I know for sure, what I & my child have experienced was not normal. Think twice before sending your child to this place.
I was astonished to read this remark of Alpha as I have been a parent of Alpha for 6 very lovely years.As my children attended from 6 months old until they were ready to go to school.My children loved the place it was as it was there second home. The staff were very friendly , very caring and very affectionate . My children still now at 11. 12 year olds still urge me to come and visit their teachers. Job well done and a credit to all the staff at Alpha.
