I took my mother of the bride dress in to get the neck lowered a bit only to be told i would have to go and buy the binding to put around the neck as they don't stock navy binding. That is part of her job to alter dresses..I was paying her to do it not have me supply everything... This is disgusting practice and i would not recommend her to anyone.She was quite abrupt with me. No customer service at all.
This lady was not even served, as I gave her advice as to best options to lower neck with binding. She was advised, that it is impossible to match it up and suggested to purchase a binding herself and to bring over to fix a dress.

no other alteration shops would supply particular binding, as your evening stile dress has a specific colour, texture and quality of the material. You were advised to choose it yourself or go for a different finish line. But you obviously did not like any of this suggestions.
