It took me months to find a double breasted suit I ended up getting one the day before my wedding.. my soon to be wife wasn’t happy at all,
Anyways by the time I got to alterations now it was only an hour before they closed, I told him my story and how urgent it was to get done because I was getting married the next day.
He did my measurements and did wait for my jacket and pants while I waited,
I really appreciated what they did for me I was so happy plus my jacket and pants fitted perfectly thank you so much alterations now ????
I went to Alterations Now Tuggeranong to get some trousers taken up for my new job, I went back and picked them up and everything seemed fine. When I got home I tried my recently altered pants on and they were much too short, a lot shorter than I had asked for. Then they refused to fix them or refund me and basically laughed in my face. I then called my friend to talk about it and ask what I should do and I was told to leave the store. Won’t be returning.
Very very bad customer service experience. Lost pants for my suit. Took me 12 weeks to get them to pay for a replacement pants.
The person at the counter did not even think it was necessary to answer my calls. My $180 business suit was runined because of them
Only after I sent them a written copy of complaint which I also sent to Access Canberra against the business they gave me refund.
Never going back to the place again.
