Altitude Fitness philosophy is based on exercising in a fun and safe way while offering a tailored program for each trainee and ensuring constant challenges and progress so you feel satisfied and proud of your achievements.
Training styes vary according to the trainees' goals and include Dynamic Movement methods that challenge your whole body physically, mentally and neurologically. We also work close to Health Professionals to help design Rehabilitation Programs.
We do not do Boot Camps but rather keep our sessions fun, tailored, positive, social and offer individual attention to ensure you perform at your best while learning the correct movement techniques.
Our Lifestyle Trainers go beyond exercising and try to help you though your journey towards your goal. We are all unique individuals and therefore have different needs. Through a series of rehabilitation sessions with Gee, he was able to help me overcome the shoulder pain that I'd been having for over a year (for which I'd tried seeing physios etc with no result). His great depth of knowledge on the body mechanics, and his support in between training sessions of messages and emails helped me to stay on track to recovery and kept me motivated throughout the process. His ability to personalise and create exercises that suited my lifestyle and that fitted in with my gym routine really helped me to stay on track.
Now that my shoulder feels stable, strong and pain-free, I will be continuing to see Gee on a regular basis to train as his workouts are challenging, creative and a lot of fun. I come away from his sessions with new skills and knowledge (and feeling a little sore - but the good kind of sore!). Gee's passion for health, fitness and his positive outlook on life rubs off and I can't help but feel inspired and excited for the next session!
