Altus Planning is the premier town planning appeals consultancy in Western Australia dealing with applications for review (appeals) at the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT). Our clients vary from private, Local and State Government agencies, surveying firms and other planning consultants.

Although planning appeals is the core focus of Altus Planning, Joe Algeri, the Director, has developed a reputation as the “troubleshooter” of difficult or troublesome planning applications that are yet to be determined or where processing has stalled.

Joe has a great level of previous experience within Local and State Government. In his last government position, Joe was Appeals Coordinator for the Western Australian Planning Commission. This was followed by founding and co-directing Property Planning & Appeals Consultants where he worked as a consultant on hundreds of planning applications and appeals throughout the state.

Whilst appeals are a specialty, Altus Planning also offer a variety of other planning services including:
