We talked on the phone and arranged a 10am booking confirmed by text. It's now 10:26 and he won't answer the phone, the office phone listed on this site does not connect. He has texted us a reschedule time of 2pm. My partner took the morning off work to be there. Really poor service from the get go. If this is the level of service, I'm glad he didn't get in my house.
