Amalgamated Distribution & Taxi Trucks

I've used Amalgamated for well over 5 years now and ive never meet a more honest, realible courier company, if they cant make the deadline they are always willing to contact us and redeliver at no cost the followering day. The company has always felt like family to us as we are always getting invited to sporting events that helps with the client/customer working relationship, anyone that isn't apart of the Amalgamated family is surly missing out.

A comedy of errors until they loose your package and then lie to save their own skins. I will never use them again and DO NOT recommend them.

Having had no warning of what day my item would be delivered, I missed the first delivery attempt last Thursday. I arranged through customer service for it to be delivered the following Monday.
After waiting all day right by the front door, I called customer service to enquire where my package was. I was informed it was at the depot and all the drivers had gone home. I explained to the man on the phone that I had taken a day off work to be home to receive this package, and as an agency nurse if I'm not at work I do not get paid. He appolgised but said there was nothing he could do. Simply unacceptable

DO NOT GO NEAR, they are a rude, unprofessional & dishonest outfit. My delivery was over 3 days late and missing 3 items. They claim they didn't loose any items (they have maggically dissapeared from their online tracking) but I found one in the gutter only 100m down the road from the delivery address. The staff are just rude and refuse to address their short comings. I repeat DO NOT GO NEAR with a 10 foot pole, their are many other reputable businesses aroubd.
