My husband and I went to this store yesterday (Sunday 1/9/13) looking to buy some running shoes. The shoes we were looking at were between $180-$239, yet we weren't able to get anybody to help us the whole time we were there. Even when we were standing there holding $239 Asics Kayanos, nobody bothered to even acknowledge us. A simple 'hey I'll be with you shortly' would have sufficed. The store really wasn't that busy however staff members kept disappearing, so we weren't even able to flag anyone down. After about 15-20 minutes we left frustrated and empty-handed. Honestly, this is why people shop online.
That's a shame to hear as every time we have been into this store to buy runners the staff have been fantastic! Right there helping in every way possible, actually the best shoe salesman I have ever come across-very knowledgeable in shoe fitting. And I have also had many other helpful experiences in this store for all our sporting needs :)
