Thank you so much for your great service and product. I recently renovated my unit, so I am aware of the need for great communication and quality work. I couldn't be happier with both the Customer Service and my final product. They were pro-active in communicating with me, as I had to delay installation, because of other tradies going overtime. I happily show off my amazing blinds (my needs were slightly different to most), and constantly recommend them to my friends. How refreshing to be able to rely on a company to get the job done in a stress-free way.
Was very pleased initially with rep who was sent out and roller fabric choices. Paid my deposit and did not hear from the company for ten days. When I contacted I was advised that they don't issue receipts, but they had received my deposit. Yet had not contacted me to advise fitting time and i can only assume had not started production. Advised would rush the order, yet I still waited another 2 weeks for the blinds to be installed.
I was happy with the downstairs blinds, all fitted inside the window frame and the colour. However the blinds in both bedrooms, which the company advised were best installed externally on the frame to block more light, have been causing me massive issues and many sleepless ...read more
Terrible experience after being sold into their product.
Initially, the company seemed quite professional, but how quickly this changed upon the installation. Windows were measured on 3 separate occasions by two different people (one inconveniently at the last minute and after an admittance of incorrect measurements in the past), yet much to our bewilderment - several products turned up in wrong ...read more
I couldn't be more disappointed with this company and would NEVER recommend them to anyone else. After not delivering the blinds we'd discussed with our sales consultant they have shown zero interest in rectifying the situation, it's like talking to a brick wall. Management are refusing to return my calls to discuss the matter despite repeated contact on my behalf. I would recommend staying away, customer service has been horrific.
