Amazing Invitations

I got my wedding invitations done from the Brunswick store early last month. My invitations looked absolutely beautiful and came out exactly as we had discussed. The team went above and beyond for me especially making me a guest book in which i had totally forgotten about. . I received great customer service which is hard to find these days. I definitely will be coming back

My experience has been TERRIBLE with this company, I went to their Brunswick location. Most recently (Feb 2014) I have been yelled at and abused in a threatening manner for requesting my deposit back when they have not delivered on their promise. At first they were fantastic they were attentive to details and assured me they could everything I wanted. However as soon as I received my delivery I was bitterly disappointed. They gave me paper instead of card for my inserts without notifying me (I think they thought I wouldn't notice). I then contacted them and was told they ran out of that card and it wouldn't be available for 6 weeks (So I had no choice). They stated they forgot to tell me. Therefore I had to make do with something I didn't order and paid full price for. I had also asked for the inserts to be larger than usual, this was all outlined on the quote. However once again when I got the initiations it was not as I asked. They once again stated ohhh they forgot to call me. I was disappointed however there wasnt much I could do as I had paid for the full amount already.
