I literally only made an account just so I can write a review about this shocking company. DO NOT USE THEM!! I got quoted $45, maximum $75, only for the cleaner to turn up saying that they can do an industrial clean for $140. Pretty much telling us that what we have been quoted for is just a soak and not a clean. I was told that the carpets would be pretty much dry once completed, WHICH THEY WEREN'T, only to be then told they would only be dry if we got an industrial clean. The owner was rude non-respondent as soon as I asked him about it. His cleaner also left a large oil stain on my driveway from his beat-up old van which he also ignored when I told him about it.

I called this company to request a quote for the cleaning of one bedroom. The person told me there was a minimum fee of $45 and a bedroom costs $20- so it would cost $65. I asked for clarification as it didn’t seem to make sense that I had to pay a minimum fee plus the cost of a room. The person was really rude and sarcastically proceeded to add $45 and $20. He then said we are not the right company for you and hung up on me. This kind of service is disgusting and rude. I’m so glad I’m not wasting a cent on this and regret the time wasted on a phone call.
Don;t even deserve half a star as they quoted in writing on email and via text and over a phone a price that DOES NOT EXIST!! Their proces say from $45-$75 for 3 rooms. Well when the guys arrived the quote changes to $45 is the call out fee then prices are from $75 for 3 rooms = but a proper clean is $45 per room! I call the manager IAN who argues with me and says they do NOT negotiate and when I mention taking legal action he tells the guy to leave straight away. the get this, the guy Andy who came here (very young guy looks like he has no experience) says thats what happens when you call a dodgy company. DSo even he adfnmits the comany is DODGY! stay clear of these people at all costs!
i'm extremly dissapointed with the service i had, i have contacted them on numerous numbers since they have blocked my number and my work number and dont pick up private numbers,
at first i was told if it is a basic service then no one will come back out.
then i contacted them to tell them it was the industrial clean - at which point i was told i would be contacted by the cleaner to arrange a time.
this hasnt happened and again i cannot get through, i'm going to have to chase my money up through offical chanels and in the mean time i am paying an additional cleaning fee to get the carpets cleaned again since the relestate wasnt happy with their first attempt at the clean, which was why i contacted them ...read more
I wish i had read the reviews before using this company. My advice is stay away from them. They used excessive water when they cleaned our bedroom. It didn't dry & after 2 days was still wet. The carpet began to smell. I called them numerous times, left phone messages & was ignored. A reputable business wouldn't have done this. They say on their website "Satisfaction guaranteed" but that was false advertising as they have ignored my request for them to come back & redo or dry the carpet. So i will be going to Fair Trading now.
