Amber Tiles

Fantastic service here at Amber. I first went in last November to pick out pavers for an upcoming garden renovation and Allan was very helpful, and gave me lots of great advice. I didn't actually go ahead with the purchase until this January where I luckily picked up the pavers I wanted for 20% off during their sale. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it to the store to pick up the grout sealer I needed before the pavers were delivered. Ivan (who I think is the owner) actually drove to my house after work to drop off the sealer for me...pretty unbelieveable I would say!

Talk about bad customer service .
Bought 4 bags of grout , was invoiced for what I ordered but after opening 1st bag realised they had given me incorrect grout. Returned the grout but because I had opened one of the bags and now they could not sell it they would not exchange it or refund it, only replaced 3 bags. For the sake of $20 they have lost a future customer and will not receive any word of mouth business from my friends and family
Great way to run a business

A family-run franchise with a good range and great service. We came here on the weekend to have a look at tiles for a new church building, and the owner was extremely helpful in providing us with advice in our tile selection process. She spent quite a bit of time with us, explaining the difference between the Italian, Chinese, Brazillian tiles and even brought out suggestions that fit our budget and criteria.

We ended up narrowing it down to 5 tiles, which we took away with us to help in the decision-making process. While you would usually pay a deposit to take tiles away, she chose not to charge us a deposit purely because she trusted us!

There were lots of tiles on sale and priced reasonably, but she also gave us an additional discount because we are a church. Great prices, great service and a great selection -- you really can't get much better than that!
