Amber Tiles

Absolutely terrible customer service, avoid this company at all costs, they sell damaged products and then take no responsibility in exchanging them. Extremely rude and unreasonable to deal with.
I would give them no stars if it were possible.

Fantastic service. Luke and the team helped me out and nothing was too much trouble. I purchased retaining wall blocks and then returned at later date of renos for deck tiles and indoor bathroom tiles. All deliveries were on time and products came in good order. Would highly reccomend.

I phoned up Amber Tiles Kotara today to check how I could get retaining wall blocks that were advertised on the website. I spoke to a staff who provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced staff was so rude and unhelpful. I asked to speak to the management and was the same. I will not be buying from Amber Tiles Kotara and I would not recommend Amber Tiles Kotara to anyone else. By the looks of other reviews I am not the only person who have received this appalling customer service.

Bought tiles from the Kotara store in white for our bathroom. After realising we needed more I ordered extra and had them delivered. Took over a week to arrive even though they were a "rush order". Had them put them on the wall and then realised that they were from a different batch and you could see that they were slightly different tiles. Recently purchased some great Italian tiles in our kitchen and bathrooms. Found the design advise really helpful and the final look of the bathrooms is far better than we thought we could have afforded. Was pleasantly surprised by the range and quality on offer. Service from Holly was friendly and great, would recommend her to anyone looking for tiles.
