Great experience using Ambience Air - I have now used them 4 times on various properties, purchasing both ducted reverse cycle, and large split systems. Each time the installation has been seamless, the technician has performed the work on schedule, and the units have run well. We had one small problem with one split system which needed a replacement part, but this was resolved immediately when Ambience Air were notified, with no fuss. I will continue to use them in future.
Not Happy with your promo tactics. Ambience air Send me spam mail asking me to write them a good review in exchange for a good review of there products on review sites, for a chance to WIN A NEW 55 INCH SAMSUNG TV. I have not used there product. It looks like they are desperate and have no pride for the services they provide..

There is no customer service here. Wasted our time from start to finish - when asked to explain making us wait all day when THEY had called and book instillation only to be told at 530pm it was being moved to the next day. Putting the completely wrong unit on the roof and not willing to fix - saying ohhh the sun will change it to match better. Sparky putting a hole in the wall and not caring - just leaving it there for us to patch sand and re-paint. Controller not installed straight. Roof fittings not straight and in very strange locations, The list just goes on and on - all they care about is your money. No After care, no customer service. My recommendation - STEAR WELL CLEAR!!!! (Plus get your husband to call - they will give him a totally different price)
This is the worst company I have unfortunately had to deal with.
Ambience Air installed the wrong model 8 kw ceiling cassette in the wrong position, failed to connect it and then wanted full payment the same day.

On this occasion the product was not fit for purpose given the structural limitations. Restrictions are not always evident at the point of sale despite best efforts. There were options presented here to optimise the application, however, at the customerâ??s wishes the system has been removed with full recompense.
