We got in touch with Ambience air to a reverse cycle central Panasonic AC unit 3 months ago. Dorian was more than helpful getting us the best system that fits; there was even a newer model on the market which we were not aware of. The other add-on cost a little bit but not over priced as other suppliers. The design was good, prices flexible. The installation guys rocked up on time, nice clean install and system is humming along until today. Great service, great product.
Not Happy with your promo tactics. Ambience air Send me spam mail asking me to write them a good review in exchange for a good review of there products on review sites, for a chance to WIN A NEW 55 INCH SAMSUNG TV. I have not used there product. It looks like they are desperate and have no pride for the services they provide..

I requested a zoned ducted gas heater and specified that the bedrooms be the only zone on at night. Sales people at Ambience Air sell it as a cost of no more than $600 a year on top of your bill, and the braema website also states that.
Then when it was installed Ambience air said that it can not be set up the way I requested.
3 months later with a gas bill of $1756.00 and faulty controller which they said initially was not faulty they tell me that if I want it installed the way that I requested and paid for it will cost me $800 more. By this time after trying to have the unit looked at and system setup altered the next bill came at $1400.00.
Consumer Protection have 3 file full of ducted gas complaints and all they could do for me was to get Ambience Air to pay $200.00 towards the bill.
False advertisement!! Don't buy one.
