Ambulance Victoria

In a recent incident I recently contacted Ambulance Victoria and utilized their service for the first time, the person who took the phone was very professional in working with me to ensure the situation was calm. The ambulance arrived within 10 minutes, the team that arrived were understanding & professional. We were than taken directly to the hospital in the vehicle, a pretty frightening situation to be in however with the team there it made everything more reassuring. From this experience, I highly encourage everyone to take out Ambulance cover for a small fee, at the time we didn’t have any cover and automatically assumed our health cover included it and only came to understand there are a number of small prints regarding what is and is not included during an event that an ambulance is required.
