writing this email as I'm requesting a refund on products I was overcharged for ..I have questioned this a couple of times as I have presented to your chemist only to be told no sorry that's what the price is however when I spoke to my doctor he advised me that he out me in this script as they were at a concession price obe was actually on special even for $70 yet I was charged $95 dollars each tub of 10g greena indica n greena sativa ,which was quoted by mey doctor @$85. yet I was charged $95. Even just days ago I was charged $90 now these prices are also on the xanba reviews site yourself .. now in order for me to get a refund you want something from my doctor quoting that that's what he advised what he requested for me to receive ???
Yet U yourself know it will cost me $$ for a consultation to do so .
Amcal Cemists do not even list an email address for the head office in Victoria. Why is this so? Are you not interested in what your customers have to say? Well I have plenty to say about your misleading advertising. You look up your local chemist on the Amcal website then click on it and check what products and what prices they are. Then when you go to buy it it is far more than the listed price. If that is not deliberate and misleading advertising then I do not know what is. I will not be buying anything from this sneaky company ever again. You have lost me forever!
