Went to get blood pressure checked and lady at counter told me to sit and wait as the pharmacist would be around 10 minutes even though no one was waiting. Waited over ten minutes and went to the counter to ask how long it would be as it seemed like the staff were just standing around chatting. I was told “the pharmacist has scripts to do you know”. Understand if there were customers to serve however the response from the lady at the counter and demeanor from the pharmacist is totally unacceptable. I had to walk out of the pharmacy without being served.
very bad experience. I purchsed a medicine for control blood pressure. The chemist recommended that the genetic brand is cheaper, so I bought it. After I got home, I just found the original brand that I bought last time onlu cost me $8.99, and the genetic brand I bought today cost $15.95, almost double the price. I called back and the chemist said their price is right if I choose original brand would cost $17.95.
Bad one, they do not deserve customers back!!!!!
