We have been AMP clients since 2007. We have borrowed two separate home loans from AMP and both fully paid.
Recently I contacted AMP for a new, third home loan. We submitted our home loan application and then we have submitted numerous documents as requested by AMP.
It may be mentioned AMP loan management works like call center. Thus every time you call and will be answered by a new person.
Finally frustrated with the AMP we decided to discontinue using AMP for any future business and withdrew our loan application. Our recent experience with AMP is a terrible one. The services that AMP provided is far from good customer service. Only other explanation may be AMP was not too happy for our quick repayment of loan.
