I recently contacted AMP to have some details of an existing policy updated. I found the service professional and staff friendly in addressing the issue at hand. Although it was a simply correction to my name based on an error they had done, in following their policy a number of supporting documents was required for the update to be finalized. Further to submitting the documents, they sent a formal letter confirming the changes updated which was appreciated from my end, as often when updates are requested you’re not certain whether they have action it on the other end. All in all, happy with their service.

Planners are very up to date. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Office is lovely. Offer great advise that can save you a fortune!
