This club used to be much better. Downstairs at Capitol you can look forward to the slowest and most sullen bar staff in Perth.
Upstairs refurbishments look great, shame about the shocking music... Grease megamix... Cher... Vengaboys?.. Is this a bluelight disco.
Thank goodness for the awesome music in the downstairs area, the only redeeming feature of what was once one of my favorite clubs.
