Thank you for the wonderful, relaxing service you provided during my first visit to Amy Jean Double Bay. Upon entering to leaving the attention to detail was impressive. Great communication skills, and ready smile made the experience even better than I expected. Not to mention how luxurious your Salon is.

The eyebrow artist are great but... the service. When I first came in for consultation they never disclosed there were consultation charges. I descide to and actually felt stuck after paying 100 aud for these guys to have a look at my eyebrow geez, Clarified with them in start that I stay abroad they pay in advance but after that zero responses no service suppport in helping book my second appointment. I would not recommend there are other good service salons that you can go to for that cost and be assured that they are not taking you for granted. Horrible ..

Wow ! Thank you for my fabulous natural looking brows . Being blonde I was a little nervous about getting the procedure done being my first time and being a little worried about the colour. Cayla my brow artist was amazing making sure I was happy with the shape and talking me through the process . Vali in the James st salon is so warm and friendly and made the whole process so easy . I have beautifully healed brows and I am super happy - I can't stop looking at them ! I would recommend Amy Jean to anyone wanting fabulous brows and
