What is Life Coaching?

In the most simple form, Coaching is about a professional relationship between two people, the Coach and the Client.

If we want to live with true happiness and fulfilment, we must be clear in our understanding of where we are, where we want to be and we must develop achievable goals to close the gap

Life coaching is really about you knowing what you want and using that knowledge to design your ideal life.

Your Life Coach is your support person on YOUR journey. Your Coach will guide you, motivate you, encourage you and hold you accountable for your own success. Together with your Coach, strategies are developed and action plans are agreed upon to move you forward. This process is fun and enlightening.

We will explore your Beliefs and Values, what motivates you and what your intentions are for your life.
