An Ocean Vista

On the day of our check in, my girlfriend and I were informed by the management that we had been upgraded to a $250 apartment free of cost. We thought this was going to be great, oh how wrong we were. When we arrived the apartment had not been cleaned from the previous guests. There was muddy footprints all over the tiles, cockroaches and spiders, bins were not changed, towels were dirty from the previous guests, bed was not made, no soap was provided, television remote didn't work, no foxtel as advertised. It was clear that no cleaning was done in between guests and they apartment was very poorly maintained. Furthermore, the management had very poor and unprofessional communication skills. Mumbled a lot and was hard to understand. Would not go there again or recommend it to anyone seeking cheap accomodation in Torquay.

The management of this property was very poor to communicate and preferred telephone over email (therefore nothing in writing). The property was poorly maintained and not cleaned very well. Not very good value for money.
