Anabella Receptions

BEWARE!!! This receptions is appalling, make sure you have everything in writing of what is required for the night. The manager of the reception has no idea in planning for events. They got my name wrong on the cake, menu’s and all the signs on my wedding day. Also all the extra meals and high chairs required for night was also not organised. They didn’t turn on the air conditioner before the function started. The place was so hot and humid when my guess arrived. Tables and everything else was not setup in time either, my family and friends had to step in to get it done. After I raised the issue with them, they were in full denial, they didn’t accept any responsibility on the matter and try to shift the blame to me. Yet they still wanted full payment. After a long argument with them nothing was resolved, someone in a higher position had to step in and sort the matter out professionally.
