Highly recommend! Much better customer service than Tuscany, that's for sure. The ladies at Anastasia Collections were amazing. I can't fault them. The dress was perfect, their customer service was amazing and the price was reasonable. The dress maker was also very friendly and did an amazing job, although it was a bit pricey. I'm so glad I got my dress through them. Everyone commented on how beautiful the dress was on my wedding day :)
While admittedly this store has some stunning gowns, their customer service (once theyve received your deposit) is seriously lacking. In short: they made my dress in the wrong colour and, although they couldnt deny it was very different to the colour swatch they provided me when I committed to buying the dress, they still charged me the last 7% (!) owing. I had accessorised to match a relatively champagne-coloured dress, and ended up with a dress on the lighter side of ivory. Although I paid extra to have the dress made-to-measure and was assured at the time that this meant I could make adjustments to the dress as I wished while it was being made, short staffing and poor organisation meant that there was no time to tackle any problems (i.e. the wrong coloured fabric!) that arose. I was left to hope Id get ANY dress in time. I cannot deny the craftmenship of the dress in any way though. They are truly an artist.
