I wouldn't let these people assemble a birdhouse from Bunnings as I think they would stuff even that up.
I've had so many issues with these horrendous trade coordinators that it's actually had a detrimental affect on my mental health. Follow my devastating ordeal enduring these oxygen thieves at ancon exposed on Facebook
This collection of people trying to build things to the code are the worst I've ever come across and considering I've been in the building industry for over a quarter of a century, that's a pretty strong statement.
Please feel free to post your own experience on ancon exposed too. The more people that speak up, the better. If that page can help another person becoming another victim, that would be a bonus. You've been warned!!

Ancon is a small family owned business who sells below basic homes for top dollar prices. Ancon also offers upgrades to which their pricing is changed at their own discretion and they always ensure they make a decent profit from those upgrades. Ancon also gives timelines and timeframes to give you what you want to hear and never meet those promises. Ancon's staff are also less than willing to help their customers and treat then as a burden and again rarely communicate unless they want money out of you. Lastly, don't even bother contacting them after handover to rectify any building issues as they are done with you as soon as they key becomes yours. They will take you through the process of Fair Trading to delay any repairs as it costs them to send their tradesmen back and forth.
