The big guy is Trev and the shortisssh one is Mozi He does not say much she does not stop talking but let me say this. They are a dynamic duo and they get the job done with no fuss Very friendly, professional and quick. Very good staff with excellent layers. You want to deal...... then you have come to the right place. Value for money is what they offer and that is what you get every time. Trust me I have been dealing with them for past 12 years.

The installer was lovely. The boss was not nice at all. He does not believe in after sales service. Our lino has to be ripped up three months after going down. His comment was - okay, off you go - to QCAT that is. That's what I'll do. Do not do business with these people. I would give them no stars if I knew how to do that. A waste of my time and money.

We found the fitter very arrogant and rude, he made a mistake whilst installing the carpets so we contacted the store immediately. After a few emails and phone calls to them we were told that basically they didn't believe us. Their answer was that the fitter had been with them a long time and they believed him, not us, therefore there was nothing further they could do.
Their customer service is non existent and I would not recommend them to anyone.
