Can not thank the team at Anderson Property Transfers enough for everything they did for my partner and I while buying our first home. Will recommend to all of my friends as they begin buying their first homes. Definitely glad I ignored the negative nancies and worked with them!
So I chose them based on the stars they've got ( I was a fool , I should've read the reviews first). I now know exactly why people didn't bother to wrtie negative feedbacks. I reckon ALL (and every) happy people plus may be relatives and friends put their 5 star ratings here...
After they messed up my application that couldv'e cused me big trouble (Thank God I turned to another person before it's too late), I was unhappy and told my poor broker about that and after a while I recieved a call from Gavin stating he'll bring the matter to his lawyer and I shouldn't even have given negative feedback.
Not sure how I behaved so he thought I was born yesterday perhaps because I was too polite and honest with him. I checked with my barrister and was told I can in fact sue him for harrasing.
Honest opinion They are so unprofessional, unreliable and rude.
the good thing is they are not too expensive.
Thank you for your comments. We really appreciate feedback, but it must be constructive and valid. We have good reviews because we are good at what we do. To claim that these reviews are fictitious is completely in accurate.
It is very important that people read contracts well before signing them or seek advise prior to signing them. Unfortunately, you signed a contract in one name only & changing the contract calls for nomination. We would have advised against this if we were consulted prior to you signing the contract in one name only. Furthermore, it was the vendors solicitor who misplaced documents & not our firm. There was also a great deal of work that you did not pay for. We are a hard working, honest and a very liable family oriented business and always welcome feedback, but we dont need to be obused over the phone for any perceived issues that were well beyond the control of our firm.
