Great people, efficient, friendly and very reasonable on price

I believe that Andersons were taken over by new management at the end of June and boy does it show. I moved from South East suburbs to inner city Melbourne and I had the best possible experience. Firstly a professional estimator came out and looked at my goods and explained the whole process to me. There were 2 men who arrived on the day of the move and they both introduced themselves when they arrived. These guys work really hard but nothing was too much trouble for them. I was so impressed by the professional attitude and the first class customer service provided.Overall I would highly recommend Andersons Removals Langwarrin.

I used Anderson's for a recent move from outer suburbs into Melbourne after a recommendation from a family members. As part of the move I had my items in storage, expected to be for a month. Due to issues with settlement that was extended for another few weeks.
Each time I had contact with the staff they have been great, happy to work with me and charge me fairly for the storage extension.
The movers I had from Berwick and into Richmond were the same crew, they were great. Very laid back but nothing was too much trouble and such a great attitude. Everything arrived in good condition and bed, seats etc were well wrapped in heavy duty plastic.
I did not have one breakage however I did pack the boxes myself.
Would recommend these guys and will use again.

DISGUSTING!!! Yes, a little cheaper than other quotes but NOT worth it. It has cost more for the repair of damaged goods. No care at all. Promises were made about plastic wrapping of soft furnishings - this was NOT done, and so previously clean couches were dirty and grease stained on arrival. Promises made to repair damage done - I had to chase them for this and in the end, I said don't worry, as I didn't trust them to do the right thing and repair anything. I simply couldn't deal with any further issues. NO star rating. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Worst experience I have had with any company, ever.

If they give you a low quote, expect them to raise it once they have your stuff.

If you pack stuff marked fragile, expect them to break everything in it-including cast iron pots. If it has 'up' arrows on it, expect it to arrive upside down. (and blame you for not packing carefully/incorrect packing equipment.)

They supplied 3 tall boxes to hang clothes in. They opened one of these boxes, dropped the rail so that all my wife's clothes fell to the bottom, and filled the box with more of our stuff to save themselves space.

Our office desk arrived scratched, our whitegoods and coffee machine arrived dented.

Don't let it be Anderson's removals in Langwarrin.
