Took in a photo...had long straight hair, nothing difficult to work with...showed in photo exact length/style. The young girl left to her own devices decided that the hair length at my request down to just below the shoulders was not acceptable and cut it up to my ear lobes. Cannot trust a hairdresser who is too incompetent to do a simple bob with a photo showing exact length and all. A total disregard for the client.

Have been going to this hairdresser's since I was a young girl and there are many reasons why I keep going back. The service is brilliant and all of the ladies are very welcoming and lovely. I have had many up dos and hair color treatments there and would highly recommend the salon.

fantastic group of ladies, very friendly and know how to get the job done :) i was there for my friends wedding and it was an amazing experience. also fixed my very dark hair nothing is to much to ask and brilliant at what she does was very happy with my make up waxing and tan all the girls made the day even more special will be back for sure
