As a Counsellor in Port Macquarie, I offer you my experience and support to help you overcome the challenges you are going through. If your life feels like a struggle or if you are just not coping so well, I am here for you.

I have a Masters degree in counselling and 15 years experience helping people to recover and get back on their feet again. If you are struggling, please reach out.

People see me for Couples Counselling, Mens Counselling, for help with Depression, Anxiety, Anger Management, Emotional strain, Communication issues, plus for many other reasons.

I hold a safe space for you to be yourself and to express some of the thoughts and feelings you are having. There is no judgement, only empathy for where you are life.
