I went to this salon last week for a half head of foils and a cut. This is the first time in a long time I have been so unhappy with a cut and with a service provided. My time in the salon itself was good (lovely and good coffee) up until the point where my half inch undercut became a 3" undercut without me being given a mirror once before the damage was done. I only have an undercut at all as the hair on the nape of my neck grows upwards and without a slight undercut it's annoying to wear my hair up (which I do every day...because I am a dancer). I explained this to the hairdresser and I now (thanks to the 1/5 of my head which is now shaven) can't wear my hair up at all, which is very annoying, given that my hair goes well past my shoulders and is thick. No refund for the haircut offered and no resolution to date. Thanks, guys.
