Continually denied fixing a problem that was detected under warranty. Tried to push alternate costly fixes to rectify the problem they avoided fixing in the first place. Terrible service and ridiculous prices. Get independant opinions and get servicing done at another dealership. Avoid!
Refuse their complimentary wash unless you want scratches and swirl marks on your car!!! The evidence of their poor due care in this regard is right there on the new/used cars on their lot. I refused and it was the only bit of solace I took from my recent service experience with them regarding my Chrysler SRT. They put the wrong viscosity oil (5w30) in my engine and refused to replaced citing that the correct viscosity oil (0w40) was too expensive per litre. After paying $490 for the service, now I have to go to further expense myself obtaining the correct oil and replacement filter. Due to being female they were betting on me being too unknowledgeable to notice their gross negligence.
My partner and I have recently moved from Vic to NSW. We have had to use Ford Miedecke in Port Macquarie a couple of times since we arrived. The service was UNBEATABLE!! They assisted us straight away and even had a Courtesy Bus on hand to take us wherever we needed/ wanted to go AND pick us up again when we wanted! The Staff are very pleasant and friendly....I would definetely recommend them!
I took my car in for a service with the understanding that thay are authorized Mercedes Benz mechanics, they failed to correctly diagnose and check for, what is a common problem with my car at the km's it is at. This has resulted in nearly $7000 in damage and the car not starting properly less than 24hrs after collecting it from them and on the first start. Dont even get me started on the customer service... Salesperson and very rude. Since this incident I have spoken with Merceded Benz head office and they have informed me that are not affiliated with Andrew Meidecke and there is no garantee getting your car serviced with them...may as well go anywhere else for a MB service in Port Macquarie.
