Overpriced mechanical services, nearly $600 just for labour ??oil change,spark plugs, rocket cover gasket replacement all up nearly $800, pro's of the night will satisfy you better,will not be recommending this place to anyone , toxic place.
Thanks for your kind comments, we repaired your vehicle in a timely manner, for a fair price and passed it for inspection. If you maintain your vehicle these problems dont build up and require extra works. You forgot to mention how we gave your partner/mother a lift home and she rang up to apologise for your appalling behaviour in the office. I would recommend you you go elsewhere for your services, you will not be welcome back in out office.
Disappointed to say the least, very over priced as payed $600 for service on 4wd with only doing engine oil, fuel filter and plugs. You requested car for another day to repair my oil leak and didn't do anything at all?? workshop possibly under staffed, very poor performance will not recommend
Hi Rory, sorry you were disappointed with our service. Its really important that when you book you vehicle in for a major service, you declare other faults at the time of the booking. We allocated adequate time to carry out a major service & full safety inspection. At the time of dropping the vehicle in, declaring the vehicle has a major oil leak and coolant leak and still require the repairs completed at the same time is a little difficult. The major service was completed and the extensive water leaks diagnosed, pressure tested and completed within two working days. The oil leak was also diagnosed and cleaned, the front crank seal and oil filter assy had a major leak and the front of the engine had to be stripped down, there was at least a full days labour to repair that alone. ...read more

Excellent service, easy to book online, clean and well organised workshop. Dealt with Warwick and he was very knowledgable. I also had my vehicle serviced there, they were very thorough and didn't waste any resources. regarding pit inspections, this company will not pass a car that has 20inch wheels even if they are safe and meet the required specification for the car and even an option sold with the car. This is a grey area of pit inspection where some will pass the car if it is safe and same rolling diameter and correct size etc and others will seek out the exact manufacturers spec of how it was delivered and be totally stringent with no discretion, that is how ANG are. Same for window tint, mine were 1% too dark (car is otherwise original) and they demanded a full re-tint. They will go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect per original spec with no discretion given for anything, even where it could go either way and would never be a problem for them or the car owner. And their service was terrible, took ages to book in etc and they were rude on the phone. overall bad experience with this business
Thanks for the feedback, as an authorised inspection station the DOT oversee all inspections we carry out. If the vehicle is legal we are happy to pass it accordingly. The tint darkness reading is electronic and recordable. Sorry we donâ??t make the rules. The tint supplier would have told you that when it was installed.
