Is it possible to vote 0 stars??? This cafe used to be great, super yum!! I have no clue what happened but god we went tonight and i can tell you....we won't be going again!! Waitress was pretty rude. We wanted to ask about our apparent 'shared' entree that was one tiny piece of bruschetta ( for $14 bucks ) but the waitress literally walked past and ignored our existence? She pretty much was a robot as well, not apologetic at all! Food took very long to arrive, and tasted horrible! Steak was cold and the burger........the meat inside was completely raw, missing elements from the menu, no flavour and cold!! And please do not even get me started on the dessert........do they have a qualified chef??? 99% of the elements mentioned on the menu wasn't even there, and the food was very obviously cheaply ...read more
Great place to catch up with others, and excellent privacy! Service is very friendly, quick and welcoming. The only thing that really hits you is the price (eg. a mango smoothie is $9), but food and beverage is always great! Definatley somewhere to go for a celebration, dinner or date.
In the realm of cafes, Angel is a stand out for being a well rounded example of what a great cafe should be.
The service is attentive, the coffee is a strong backbone to the dining experience, and the cakes are fabulous.
It's a pity that it opened only after I stopped living locally.
