Worst ever service on Valentines Day.Flowers delivered late to my Neighbours house.Had to call 4 times to track the delivery.Wife had to take a walk in the neighborhood to track the flowers.Over priced flowers and worst service. *****Avoid*****

beautiful flower arrangements!!! i was looking for a flower shop in Melbourne to order for my friends birthday, after having a look at some of the flower arrangements they have on there web site the flowers were fantastic and unique plus they do same day delivery, the florist i spoke to was most helpful as i don't have the best knowledge of flowers and what works best, they provided me with a stunning arrangement, highly recommend this florist as there so helpful and there flowers are amazing. thanks guys i appreciate your help. will use you again soon!!

Highly do not recommend this florist, when we ordered flowers online from them, the flowers cost $50 and were dying and the smallest bunch I had ever seen. I called to speak to the management and rudely said their online store melbournefloristdelivery has pictures that don't represent products but what am I going to do about it, and hung up on me! Never before have I been so badly treated in any service or business. They walked away with my money and they were right theres not alot I can do but people will read this and abused, as I did by this terrible rude person.

Good local florist to use for weekly flowers that I buy and also for arrangements for presents and special occasions. The staff are very nice and are always happy to give you advice on what looks good together. The flowers here are always fresh and the prices are reasonable.
