Anonymity: some people do not wish to be seen seeking counselling others due to other commitments find counselling more convenient if they can do so from the convenience and comfort of their own space especially if they have children to take care of or are simply unable to attend an appointment.

At times every day life concerns can become overwhelming causing us internal angst. Often due to our modern society we don't have the networks we once did that allowed us the opportunity to discuss our life concerns. Often when people discuss their concerns they get a sense of release and a feeling of improved wellbeing. Rather than focusing on where you have been focus on where you would like to be. At times discussing your problems with another can help clarify and identify your own internal strengths and resources leading to improved and ongoing quality of life.
