I am Guardian and Attorney for my Mother. From my personal experience as such, I believe that they have (for example) failed to adequately respond to complaints, failed to correct billing errors, charging excessive interest, failed to adhere to Resident Agreement, failed to meet statutory requirements (eg the agreement must be expressed in plain language and be readily understandable), etc. I have published this as I believe it is in the public interest, especially as it may effect vulnerable people in our society (eg aged, frail, etc), and/or those responsible for them.
Anglican Care notes Mr Daniel's comments. The issues as outlined would be resolved if Daniel was prepared to provide the information required under the Aged Care Act, as has been requested of them by Anglican Care on multiple occasions. Anglican Care has endeavoured to explain and respond to numerous concerns from Daniel, but their failure to provide the required information has impeded this process.
Anglican Care is committed to the provision of quality aged care services in the Manning region and maintains its commitment to strict compliance with all legislation and regulations relating to the provision of these services.
