Went for a doc appointment for my 16 week pregnancy and forgot to ask for doctor certificate , my appointment was 11:40 and I took day off since I haven't had proper sleep and couldn't go-to work in the middle of the shift amyway .
Last doc certificate they write for full day as there was not any place to mention am or pm but this one they wrote am instead of the date when asked they said they cannot do anything else .showed them the previous doc certificate for same kind of 1 hr appointment and they still didn't helped me . very disappointed .
Usally they do email paperwork as they did for me in past but this time this receptionist asked me to come back and collect it .
Being pregnant and emotional it's hard itself and it's surprising to see people are not willing to help .

I wish to recognize the kind, caring and efficient nursing care that my mother has received over the 6 weeks she has been a patient in the hospital. With only an occasional exception the care that she has received by staff in wards 2W, 2E and now 1W has been of a very high standard. On behalf of mum and her family thank you so much. You have made such an emotionally draining time more endurable. DS

I recently underwent a day procedure at Angliss. What a happy place! They were prompt and everyone was considerate and obliging. A thoroughly professional and positive environment.

They cancelled my midwife appointment when I arrived because I was 10 minutes late even though when I go for appointments there I am always made to wait at 20 - 30 mins before being seen. Being 7 months pregnant and having to leave a previous appointment early to drive half an hour to get there and then half an hour to get back home this was a huge disappointment and waste of my time and upset me a great deal. Will not opt for GP and midwife shared care at this hospital again.

Really then why didn't you just do it all yourself then ?? Oh let me guess your uneducated right??? Hmm and you claim it was a waste of your time ?? Having professional doctors examine your baby and ensure safety wow I've had five children and still during the last pregnancy regardless of how frustrated I may have been feeling!! Our feelings are irrelevant when you are there to have your unborn baby cared for!! Your very u grateful and suggest next time you pay for yourself to be educated comit the time sacrifice your life and birth your own!! Or shut up and keep your entitled opinions to yourself

The hospital is extremely slow and have a priority listing with patients. After 2.5 hr wait and still no result it is extremely frustrating. Very badly run hospital and service is terrible. If you have an opportunity go elsewhere.
