If anyone wants to buy anything from here make sure double check prices with other seller I am sure you will find same thing somewhere else in resnabol price...
Very disappointed with resently purchase

Well done Amy, after poor service from Robin who failed to followup and return call on problem diamond earring, Amy took ownership of the problem and with two phone calls, resolved the issue. Great phone manner, and just a sweet young lady trying to offer excellent customer service. If you shop at Angus and Cootes in Maroochydore, ask for Amy.

I bought a plain gold chain on sale. Took it out of the bag at home and it broke, without ever having been worn. I returned it and exchanged for a more expensive necklace and paid the difference. Wore it twice and then it too broke. It fell apart when I picked it up from my dressing table and landed on the floor in 7 pieces. I took it back to Sunshine Plaza store and asked for a refund. Was told it has to be sent to head office in Sydney, where they will determine if it's my fault or theirs. I refused to hand it over and contacted their regional manager. She also insisted I hand it over for them to decide if I can have my $500 back. I am now proceeding with a formal complaint through Qld dept of Fair Trading.
Be very, very careful buying from these people. Their product is rubbish and it's definitely a case of buyer beware.

I bought a engagement ring and wedding band set for my girlfriend and was assured if it did not fit i could come back and they would get the right size for me. So of course i proposed and it was beautiful but unfortunatley the rings were too big. I went back to Angus and Coote sunshine plaza and spoke with the manager there and she said she could not rezise the ring or even order a new one in a smaller size. My now Fiance and i were absolutely heartbroken but understood, so after all this i asked if i could return the rings and get a refund but i was told "we can give you a store credit". very very dissapointed. this was supposed to be the most important special moment in my fiance and my life but all i have now is a ring set that does not fit and a memory of how the sales person offered the world to get the sale but once they had my money i was nothing.
