This place lost my dog! They had upset her during the wash and had taken her collar off. They then let her out the outside without her collar and we have lost her. My family and I are beside ourselves. The management has shown no remorse and made no effort to find her. They have not even put up a lost dog flier in the window. They are negligent and should not be grooming peoples treasured family members. 0 stars.
We have taken our dog here for years and always been happy. Today, different people and different story. Our dog looks like my 2 year old attacked her with some scissors, complete with a significant cut in her neck. There was a offer to pay for any veterinary costs related to the cut, but I won't hold my breath as it is cash only (EFTPOS is always broken). Was taken out the back and was utterly disgusted by the filth and atmosphere. I expect mess, absolutely. Only 3 of her 4 feet are clipped and totally uneven, thankfully they didn't touch her nails as I'm sure that is far beyond their skill level. Won't be going back. Ever.
Terrible! We took our beautiful long haired skye terrier there today asking for a "trim" and they completely shaved her! It looks ridiculous and was not at all what we asked for. When I called to complain the staff I spoke to was incredibly rude, insisted that we had asked for them to be "clipped very short" and didn't apologise or offer to do anything to try and make it look a bit better. They just told me if I didn't like it then not to come back and hung up on me!
