I was actually the one bombarded with 8 invoices which I felt I had no choice to respond to or they wouldn't stop. It was never about my dog not getting work I simply asked how some dogs photos were chosen over others To become profile pictures and shared on the website. Not the photos of animals winning jobs but just the ones shared in general. And if the photos I were taking were not good enough I would have loved that feedback so I could improve them that was all.
As I explained to you, and apologised, there was an internet issue, which resulted in duplicate invoices being sent out to offer you the opportunity to renew your registration. Considering the number of photos that are sent to us every day, it would be impossible to put every animal's photo on our Facebook page (you said website, but I think you meant Facebook page. Your dog's photos were added to our website, just like everyone else's). No favouritism going on in this business! We are too professional for that.
I have used this company exclusively for dog walks and house sits for 6 years now and Fiona is always accommodating and professional. As I have a dog that needs medications, it is always comforting to know that the staff that stay with my baby look after her as if she was one of their own. Would recommend this business to anyone
