I have used this kennel quiet a few times now and have always been happy! Rocky is always relaxed and has a blast making new friends every stay. He always sleep for 24 hours straight from all the excitement and play. I loved the nice exercise yards and that exercise is included with the charge, but I always spoil him and pay for the walks (which he loves). They offer a variety of extras to keep all their guests happy. The staff are always lovely and helpful. Would recommend to anyone with any pet!
We have used these kennels for our cat and dog a couple of times, but this time.....After boarding my dog with them last year, they banned her from returning because of bad behavior. For our holiday this year, We boarded our dog with another kennel, they had absolutely no trouble with her and are happy to have her back.
Unfortunately we cannot properly care for every pet, or please every customer, and we were honest in telling you that. I am truly sorry that you do not understand and may have took it personally. We are glad you have found somewhere else you are happy with, however a little disappointed you wrote your review and forgot to mention all the many wonderful things you had previously said about us. Thankfully most people expect and ignore the odd negative review.
I have a staffy called Rocket, he would have to be one of the biggest sooks, a real peoples dog and "shy" around other dogs. However, since I have boarded Rocket with these guys he has really come out of his shell and I feel it has had alot to do with with the play times with other dogs during his stay with Animal World Pet Motel. They were also great to deal with and more than helpful.
I will be sending him back there on my next holiday.

I was so happy when I found Animal World Pet Motel after my vet refered them to me, and so was my dog Misty. I could tell from the moment I drove in that they were caring & proffesional from the beautiful gardens and the lovely reception, it looked and felt like a nice place. Misty stayed in the Luxury Suites which have A/C, TV, Beds and furnishings just like home. She is happy holidaying there and I am happy leaving her there. I have since found out many of my friends board their dogs and cats their also. Thanks Animal World Pet Motel.
