This resort is amazing. I relocated my dogs here from another pet hotel which was horrible. My two fur babies spent a month here and the staff would be in constant contact with me, sent me photos whenever I asked and helped arrange their move overseas with an external company. I have nothing but praise for their compassion and kindness and understanding during an extremely difficult time for me.

We had been using this place for our little staffie for a while now. Initially we looked at quite a few places to find that person; we were just comfortable to leave our precious pet with and knew wouldnt take their day out on the animal. Your dog got scratched whilst running around playing and having fun in the exercise yard which is what attracted you to choose us in the first place. Dogs, just like kids, when playing and having fun can injure themselves. Sickness, accidents and injury can happen anywhere, including our resorts which fortunately are very rare, but unpreventable (unless you wrap them in cotton wool and don't let them do anything). We cannot accept responsibility for things we simply have no control over, however we made many phone calls to you and your family keeping you informed, sought and paid for vet treatment (which is rightfully your cost as we did not cause the injury, nor could have prevented it), also apologized and asked if there was anything else we could do??
