"Anita was born in Zambia with Italian/Portuguese heritage. From birth to adulthood Anita suffered the effects of many health disorders. Taking health into her own hands she qualified in Naturopathy - covering Nutrition, Acupuncture, Yoga, Ayurveda and more.

Her pursuit of health has taken her to Sri Lanka, Philippines and Sweden where she practised Postural Alignment and Naturopathy for many years.

Anita now lives on the Gold Coast and her passion is to inspire, empower and transform others not only to good health but in lifestyle as well. "
