Very disappointed in customer service here. Purchased a glass picture fame along with other items that were all wrapped behind where the counter and placed in one bag, I couldn\'t see the wrapping as there were people standing in front of me, I was never asked if I wanted it wrapped in bubble wrap or tissue paper. When I got home and unwrapped the frame I noticed it had only been wrapped in tissue paper and the had been chipped in the corner. I had not dropped nor damaged the bag in anyway on the way home. I took the frame back and was rather rudely informed that it obviously wouldn\'t have been broken when it left the store and therefore it was not their fault and they would not be responsible, I stated that I don\'t think the packaging had been sufficient but the management kept stating I would of been offered bubble wrap, which I was not and again it must of been my fault therefore they will not replace it.
