"Client of anne street partners from 2012 to 2018.
Bought an off the plan investment property in Smithton, Tasmania from anne street partners in 2013 for $309435, have to sell in jan 2018 for $206000.
2nd Mildura investment property for $313326 in 2015, developed cracks 1 year later and only worth less than $300k in 2018, other people been affected as well.
Recommended two over valued, off the investment properties as part of the wealth creation plan, they never perform as promised.
End up have to sell both properties because of wrong loan structures and delay in refinancing (7 months) by anne street partners as well.
Plus charging lots of fees with their recommended in house products like asgard super and BT/AIA insurance.
